For those of you who have mastered it certainly does not feel difficulties. But on the contrary, for those of you who are just learning, there may be things that are not yet known. So, computer tips this time we will discuss how to print or print either office documents, pdf, or image files.
Previously please note that to be able to print, we need a computer and also a printer. The printer is one computer output device which we can connect to a computer that functions to print various kinds of soft files / documents from a computer.
At the beginning of the printer tutorial, we discussed how to install a printer so that the printer is connected to a computer so we can use it. Therefore, we assume that there is already a computer and printer unit ready for us to use.
How to Print Office Documents
Alright, let's just start with the first tutorial that I think is most needed, which is to print or print office documents in Word, Excel or Power Point.- The first step, you prepare the file to be printed, fine Word, Excel, or PPT (power porint), then activate (open)
- From the worksheet, you can click file -> Print. Or you can use the keyboard shortcut, press the button Ctrl + P

- If you don't need certain settings, just click Print like in the picture above.
Some settings in the print menu that you should know about. Here we are served a number of other menu settings that we can use if we want. The following are:

- Copies - Click the up arrow if you want to print multiple copies (sheets) of the document

How to print / print PDF documents
In the last post we have already learned how to change words to pdf and vice versa. Can we print pdf documents with a printer? Of course, I can. But we no longer use Office software. And this depends on what software is used to open the pdf document.Incidentally the computer that I use this time, open pdf using software adobe reader. So the steps - steps to print a pdf document as follows:
- Open the pdf document file that you want to print
- From the Adobe Reader worksheet the print menu can be done with three options

How to Print / Print Image File
It might arise in your mind, after reading and studying the two tutorials above. How do I print an image file or image, whether through word software or directly?
You can both do it. The first way you can insert the image that you want to print on MS Word is by inserting an image, then you print it. Or you can also directly print it when we open the image.
For the first way it seems we don't need to repeat it anymore, you can follow the tutorial above. Well, for the second way is very easy.
- First you open the image file (photo) that you want to print
- By default Windows will open your photos with Windows Photo Viewer software
- There is already a print menu on the toolbar menu, all you have to do is click

- Or you can also use the shortcut key Ctrl + P

- Printer - To choose which printer you will use
- Paper size - Select the paper size
- Quality - Select the print quality
- Paper type– To choose the type of paper or type of paper you are using
- Layout - Select the size of the photo on the printed sheet of paper
- Copies - Define the amount you want to print
- Fit picture to frame - Check to adjust picture frames, or remove prints if you don't want to
There is one more thing that I want to share related to how to print or print files on a computer that is how to print / print black and white. This is also quite easy, especially if the printer you are using really only has black ink.
But can it be set in black and white even though we use a color printer? We can do this too. The trick is to make arrangements
- From the Print menu, please click on printer properties.
- Then the printer properties window will come out as shown below

- To print in black and white you check the Additional Features option in the section Grayscale Printing
- Then click OK
